What is reviewed at a factory
- Plot and boundary: shape, slope, gates and the approach road.
- Production layout: heavy machinery, furnaces, boilers and electrical panels.
- Raw material and finished goods: storage, loading and dispatch.
- Water: sources, tanks and drainage.
- The office block and the owner’s cabin.
- Staff areas: canteen, rest areas and washrooms.

In Mumbai she can visit the property; elsewhere the review happens over a scheduled video call with a live walkthrough.

You receive corrections in order of priority: placement, colour, use of rooms and, only where really needed, small structural changes. Follow-up questions are welcome.

Where visits happen
Factory visits cover Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the industrial belts around them, and further afield in Maharashtra and the rest of India when the project calls for it. The plan can be reviewed online first, so the site visit is spent on the questions that need someone standing on the floor.
Vastu recommendations never override structural, fire, electrical or statutory safety requirements. Any change to machinery or structure should be carried out by qualified professionals.

Yes. For a running unit the focus is on changes that do not interrupt production: storage, the office and cabin, how zones are used and smaller adjustments.
Do you review layouts for new industrial plots?
Yes. Reviewing the plot and the proposed layout before construction is the most useful stage for industrial Vastu.
Do you travel outside Maharashtra for factory visits?
Yes, depending on the project and dates. The plan is usually reviewed online first.
Can our engineers join the consultation?
