The decision stays yours. A Vastu check is one more input alongside price, location and the legal paperwork. A property with a few Vastu issues is not automatically a bad buy.
New construction: the earlier, the better
On a building that is still going up, openings and room positions can usually still be adjusted. At a recent site in Lonavala, Dr. Riddhe reviewed the drawings with the site team and took readings on the slab while the structure was being built, which is the cheapest point at which to get a layout right. Often, yes. A plan review is enough to compare shortlisted flats. A site visit adds detail on the real orientation and the surroundings.
How quickly can a property be reviewed?
Tell us your deadline when you book. Pre-purchase reviews are scheduled as early as possible, as buying decisions rarely wait.
Do you give Vastu input to architects?
Yes. Recommendations can be shared with your architect at the planning stage.
Is a property with some Vastu issues a bad buy?
Not necessarily. Many issues can be managed after purchase. The consultation explains what each would involve, so you can decide with full information.
