Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp on +91 99303 10251. We will do our best to offer another suitable slot.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before your consultation has started, please contact us, and we will explain the refund applicable to your booking, which is confirmed at the time of booking. Once a consultation has been conducted, or once preparatory work such as plan study has been completed, fees are generally not refundable.
Site visits
Travel or accommodation costs already incurred for a site visit outside Mumbai may not be refundable.
Courses
Course fee, cancellation and transfer terms are shared with the batch details before you enrol.
If we need to reschedule
If we have to change an appointment, we will offer a new time or a full refund of any amount paid for that appointment.
