Vastu Consultant in Ambala

Vastu consultation for properties in Ambala

Ambala is really two towns in one, the old trading city and the orderly cantonment, and the buildings in each differ a good deal. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Ambala properties online from Vile Parle West, Mumbai, starting with a plan and a compass reading, then confirming details during a video walkthrough.

How a plan is read against directions

A Vastu review checks how a building faces the directions, where entrances, kitchens, bedrooms and stairs fall, and whether those positions fit the way the occupants actually live or trade. It is an observation exercise, tied to your own plan rather than to a stock list of rules.

Dr. Riddhe proposes the lightest workable steps before anything heavier. That can mean moving a bed, shifting where a cashier sits, or giving a spare room a new function. Knocking down walls is not the starting point. No suggestion is offered as a promise of outcome; the intention is a building that feels easier to use.

Cantonment bungalows and city workshops in Ambala

Residential Ambala covers the spacious older kothis and bungalows of the cantonment, family houses in Baldev Nagar and Mahesh Nagar, and apartment blocks and builder floors that have come up around Ambala City. Many plots are rectangular with a single road frontage, so the direction of the gate is often the first matter people raise.

Commercial Ambala is just as varied. The city is famous for scientific and laboratory instruments, with many small manufacturers, while Sadar Bazar in the cantonment and the busy markets of the old city hold generations-old shops. Questions concern where a lathe or furnace stands, where stock is kept and where the owner sits, all of which can be reviewed through photographs and video.

Sun in winter, shade in summer

Ambala sits on the Grand Trunk Road, on the Delhi to Punjab corridor, with scorching summers and cold, foggy winters. Homes here rely on sun in winter and shade in summer, so those needs are weighed along with direction when advice is framed.
