Vastu Consultant in Bogota

Vastu consultation for properties in Bogota

Bogota sits high in the Andes, and most people there live in apartment buildings or terraced brick houses rather than free-standing villas. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reads such layouts for Vastu entirely online, so a family in Bogota can receive careful, practical guidance without anyone travelling.

How Vastu is applied to flats, offices and towers

A Vastu review begins with the plan of the property. Dr. Riddhe looks at where the entrance sits, how rooms are arranged around it and which directions the kitchen, bedrooms, prayer corner and workspace occupy. She places these against the traditional zones and the five elements, and notes where the arrangement is already comfortable.

Her approach is to propose gentle, non-destructive adjustments first, such as rearranging furniture, changing the use of a room or adding a few objects. Structural changes are mentioned only when a layout truly calls for them, and you are never pushed into renovating a rented apartment or a building you share with neighbours.

Apartments, brick houses and offices in the capital

Much of Bogota lives under the Colombian system of propiedad horizontal, where flats in a building or conjunto share walls, lifts and common areas. That limits what can be altered, so recommendations are built around furniture, room use and small additions. Brick houses in areas such as Chapinero, Teusaquillo and Usaquen usually allow a little more freedom.

Because the city is near the equator, daylight is steady through the year, and the mountains of the Cerros Orientales rise on the eastern side. The plan is read with a compass reading taken at your main door. The final video call is arranged around the ten and a half hour gap with India.

Old brick houses, towers and Avenida offices

Bogota has a mix of old brick buildings in La Candelaria and Teusaquillo, tall residential towers across the north, and offices along Avenida El Dorado and in Chapinero. Each type calls for a different reading, so the review follows your actual building, not a standard template.
