Vastu Consultant in Chhatarpur

Vastu consultation for properties in Chhatarpur

Chhatarpur is a Bundelkhand district town, close to Khajuraho and the Ken river, where old stone-walled houses stand beside new concrete ones. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online. You send a plan or sketch, photographs and a compass reading at the main door, and she goes through each room with you on video.

Weighing directions against how you live

A Vastu review looks at how the entrance, kitchen, puja corner, bedrooms, store and water source line up with the directions, and whether that suits the people who use the space. Dr. Riddhe works from your drawing and your routine, not from a rigid list of rules.

She begins with small, reversible changes, such as moving a bed, giving a room a different use or rearranging a store, and discusses structural alteration only if there is a sound reason. No advice is offered as a promise of outcome. The aim is a house or shop that works more comfortably.

Old courtyard houses and new builds in Chhatarpur

Homes in and around the town range from older houses with thick walls, inner courtyards and a shop at the front to newer RCC buildings of two or three floors, often extended as families grow. Older kothi-style houses may have been altered several times, so the plan on paper and the house as it stands may differ, and a sketch helps.

Business premises include cloth, grain and general stores in the town market, stone-cutting and building-material yards, offices, clinics and coaching centres. Towards Khajuraho, guesthouses and small hotels serve visitors to the temples. Where a reception desk, kitchen, cash box or owner's chair sits is reviewed through photographs and a video call.

Dry Bundelkhand heat and where water is stored

Bundelkhand is dry and very hot for much of the year, and water is often a concern, so wells, borewells, tanks and roof storage are important features. They are included in the reading, because advice that overlooked them would not match how people here live.
