Vastu Consultant in Cordoba

Vastu consultation for homes in Cordoba

Cordoba sits between the pampas and the Sierras Chicas, and its buildings range from colonial-era blocks near the Jesuit district to modern towers in Nueva Cordoba and family houses on the hills. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews each of them online, using your plan, a compass bearing at the door and photographs.

Reading a home's main door against the directions

Vastu reads a property through direction, the five elements and how rooms are used from morning to night. In a place with strong sun, cold dry winters and sudden summer storms, the way a house takes in light and weather becomes part of the conversation.

The review sets out which rooms sit in which zones and suggests simple adjustments first: relocating a desk, changing how a bedroom is used, clearing an entrance. Rebuilding is not the starting point, and any structural idea is presented clearly as optional. Photographs of each room help, since light, ventilation and the position of windows tell as much as the drawing.

Hill houses, patios and towers in Cordoba

Cordoba households live in very different settings. Many own a house with a front garden and a back patio, built in brick, while students and young professionals rent flats in the towers of Nueva Cordoba and Cerro de las Rosas. Further out, weekend homes and gated plots appear toward Villa Allende and the hills near Villa Carlos Paz.

Argentina is eight and a half hours behind India and keeps the same time all year. A video session at 7:00 pm in Vile Parle West therefore meets you at 10:30 am. The walkthrough is done on your phone camera while you move through the rooms.

Slopes, terraces and views that distract from direction

Homes in the sierras often sit on slopes, with terraces and stone walls facing a valley. The compass reading at the main door matters most there, because the slope and the view can pull attention away from the actual direction the entrance faces.
