Vastu Consultant in Dispur

Vastu consultation for properties in Dispur

Dispur is the capital complex of Assam, an administrative neighbourhood of secretariat buildings, government quarters, apartment blocks and busy commercial roads in the greater Guwahati area. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Dispur properties online, using your plan, a compass reading at the entrance and a guided video tour.

Gentle fixes first, larger changes explained in Dispur

Vastu looks at how a building faces the directions and whether its entrance, kitchen, water, stairs and bedrooms are arranged to suit the people who actually use them. For apartment dwellers, the question is usually how to make the best of a layout that is already fixed.

Dr. Riddhe therefore begins with changes that need no builder: how a room is used, where a desk or bed stands, which corner holds the safe. Structural ideas surface only if a plan clearly requires them, and she explains why. Nothing is presented as a promise of results; the intention is an easier, better-ordered property.

Apartments, slopes and chambers around Dispur

Around Dispur, Last Gate, Ganeshguri, Beltola, Hatigaon and Six Mile, much of the housing is multi-storey apartments, with older independent houses and government quarters tucked in between. On the rising ground towards Basistha and Khanapara, plots sit on slopes with retaining walls, and entrance direction and the position of staircases become real questions.

The area also holds consultants' chambers, lawyers' offices, coaching centres, small clinics and shops serving the administrative crowd. For such premises the online process is unchanged: draw or photograph a plan, photograph each room, take a compass reading at the main door and join a live video walkthrough of the space.

Waterlogging, entrances and basement parking

Heavy monsoon rain and occasional waterlogging along the Bharalu and low-lying roads make drainage, ground-floor entrances and basement parking practical concerns in this part of the city. They are folded into the reading so that suggestions are workable on site.
