You begin with a question about your family, choose an object for each person or theme, and place them on a table as the relationships feel. Dr. Riddhe then guides you through what you see, such as who is close, who is missing and where the pressure falls.
Relatives do not need to attend, nor do they need to know. You are working with your own view of the family system. Group sessions are held in person in Mumbai, so for Dubai the one-to-one online format is the one offered.
