Vastu Consultant in Firozpur

Vastu consultation for Firozpur homes and businesses

Firozpur sits in the Malwa belt of Punjab, close to the Sutlej and the border, with a mix of Cantonment bungalows, old city houses and spacious farm homes. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi, consulting since 1999, reviews such properties online, using what you send rather than a standard formula.

Directions, daylight and the plan of the house

A Vastu review starts with an accurate plan and a compass bearing, because direction drives everything that follows. The consultation then looks at the entrance, the kitchen, bedrooms, toilets and the worship area, and at how the five elements are spread over the zones of the building.

Where changes are suggested, simple ones come first: switching the use of rooms, shifting furniture, altering lighting habits and colours. Structural alteration is a last resort, mentioned only when a layout has a problem that cannot be handled otherwise. This is especially sensible for families who live in houses that have been in their name for decades.

Cantonment bungalows, old houses and farm compounds in Firozpur

Properties around Firozpur are often large by city standards: a courtyard house in the old town, a long-plot kothi near the Cantonment, or a farmhouse with a vehra, a tubewell room, cattle sheds and storage for grain. Farm families ask where the store, the tractor shed and the new bedroom wing should go relative to the main house.

Shops and small units cluster around the grain markets, rice shellers, flour mills and farm-input dealers, and the city also serves a railway division and a defence station. You send a plan or sketch, a compass reading from the gate or main door, and photographs; a video walkthrough follows, and a site visit can be discussed if a project calls for one.

Open farm plots and the pull of added sheds

Farmhouse plots near Firozpur often sit on open land with no neighbouring wall on one or more sides. That freedom lets directions be read cleanly, but it also means every added shed or room changes the balance of the whole compound.
