Vastu Consultant in Kanpur

Vastu consultation for Kanpur properties

Kanpur is a river-bank city of old mills, tanneries and crowded commercial lanes, with newer apartment colonies spreading outward from the Ganga. Properties here vary enormously in age and layout, so Vastu advice has to begin from the actual plan in your hands. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Kanpur homes and workplaces online, drawing on consultation experience that dates from 1999.

What each direction is said to govern

A Vastu consultation looks at how a building sits against the compass: where the entrance faces, how rooms are spread around the centre, where water and fire activities are placed, and how daylight and air move through the spaces. In Kanpur the starting point is usually a floor plan, and even a hand sketch on paper will do.

Corrections begin with the gentlest options, such as changing how a room is used or moving furniture, before any structural change is considered. You receive a clear written view of what the plan allows, so you can decide calmly what is worth doing in a rented flat, a family-owned house or a working premises.

How Kanpur's houses, markets and factories shape the advice

Much of Kanpur's housing falls into a few recognisable types. Colonial-era bungalows with deep verandahs and large compounds stand around Civil Lines; joint-family houses with narrow frontages fill older quarters; and apartment blocks and builder floors have grown through Kakadeo, Swaroop Nagar, Govind Nagar and Kalyanpur.

Kanpur's economy shapes the other half of the work. Leather around Jajmau, textiles, general manufacturing and the wholesale markets of the old city mean many enquiries concern shops, godowns and small factories. You send a plan, a compass reading at the main door and photographs, then join a video walkthrough. A site visit can be discussed if a project needs it.

River climate, west sun and shaded openings

Kanpur lies on the Ganga, with hot dry summers and foggy winters. Those conditions matter when deciding which rooms take the harsh west sun and which openings stay shaded, so the climate is weighed alongside the compass reading, not left out of it.
