A practical Vastu course for Kashipur learners
Construction in Kashipur is steady, with new colonies, shops, warehouses and industrial sheds going up on Terai land. Those involved in building often meet clients asking about Vastu. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi's course gives them and interested homeowners a method for reading directions and layouts, so they speak from understanding rather than hearsay.
Directions, plan reading and the way corrections are taught
The course starts with directions, zones and the five elements, then teaches how to read a plan and orient it correctly. It moves on to homes, offices and commercial spaces, and gives priority to corrections that do not require demolition, such as rearranging use before changing structure.
It suits homeowners, architects, interior designers and anyone who wants to practise. Practice after the course is recommended, and no certification claim is made. Dr. Riddhe's aim is that you leave able to look at a plan with confidence, while recognising that skill grows with repeated application.

Using Kashipur's own plots and sheds as examples
For Kashipur learners, regular rectangular plots make plan reading approachable, and builders can practise on the kinds of layouts they put up every week. Shops with a godown behind, houses with a courtyard and industrial sheds with a small office are good examples to study.
The course is offered in person at the Vile Parle West, Mumbai office or online. Kashipur students normally choose the online route to avoid the journey. Batch dates, duration and fees are shared on enquiry, which lets you compare the schedule with your working days before you commit.
Contractors and engineers asked for direction-based planning
Contractors and civil engineers in Udham Singh Nagar district increasingly meet clients who want direction-based planning. Learning the basics properly allows them to respond to these requests without improvising.

Questions & answers
Vastu course questions asked in Kashipur
Have a different question? Ask Dr. Riddhe’s team. There is no obligation to book.
Can a Kashipur contractor with no Vastu background follow the course?
Yes. It begins with the basics of directions, zones and five elements, then proceeds to plan reading, so a contractor can learn alongside homeowners and designers without prior study.
Do I have to travel from Kashipur to attend the Vastu classes?
Not necessarily. The course can be taken online, or in person at the Vile Parle West, Mumbai office. Format for each batch is confirmed on enquiry.
Will the Kashipur course teach corrections without breaking walls?
Yes. Non-destructive corrections come first, such as changing how rooms are used or moving fixtures. Structural alterations are discussed only after those options have been considered.
Can I start charging clients in Kashipur right after the course?
The course gives knowledge, not a licence or certificate. Dr. Riddhe recommends practising on real plans for a while, perhaps for family and friends, before advising others professionally.
