Vastu Consultant in Mahad

Vastu consultation for properties in Mahad

Mahad lies on the Savitri river in the Konkan, a market town where tile-roofed houses, newer concrete buildings and chemical industry all share the same valley. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Mahad properties online, starting from your plan and how the rooms are used, then suggests measured, practical changes.

Matching layout to how the household lives

Vastu considers how a building sits against the directions, where entrances, kitchens, sleeping rooms and work areas fall, and whether these suit the people who use them. In Mahad the property may be a family house with a deep verandah, a shop on the main road, or a unit in the industrial area.

Dr. Riddhe starts with changes that need little work, such as moving a desk, giving a room a different purpose or reorganising storage. Larger alterations arise only when there is a clear reason, and are explained first. Nothing is presented as a promise of any particular result.

Konkan houses, roadside shops and MIDC units in Mahad

Homes in and around Mahad are often independent houses on their own plots, built with a sloping roof to shed heavy rain, and many families are partly rooted in nearby villages. The position of the front door, the kitchen, the well or tank and the rear courtyard are typical points of discussion.

The town's economy adds business enquiries. The Mahad MIDC area hosts chemical and allied units, and the town is a trading stop on the Mumbai–Goa highway, with shops, transporters and small lodges serving travellers. Owners ask about the office, the cash counter, the stores and the loading area. Online the method is the same for each: sketch, door compass reading, photographs and video.

Monsoon damp, drainage and raised storage

Mahad sees intense monsoon rain, and the Savitri has risen sharply in past years. Raised storage, drainage and damp are therefore everyday matters. The review keeps these in view so that suggestions fit local conditions instead of ignoring them.
