Vastu Consultant in Manchester

Remote Vastu consultation across Manchester

Manchester's building stock runs from red-brick Victorian terraces and interwar semis to converted cotton mills and glass towers around Deansgate and Salford Quays. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties across Greater Manchester online, working from a plan, a compass reading and photographs, then walking you through her observations on video.

Suggestions that fit how you live

Vastu considers a building through its orientation and the way its rooms relate to one another. For a Manchester home the first step is the direction of the main entrance, which is set by the street rather than by choice. From that anchor, Dr. Riddhe reads where the kitchen, sleeping rooms, stairs and any rear extension sit.

She leans towards modest corrections that a tenant or owner can try without builders: moving a bed, switching a study to a better-suited room, clearing a cluttered entrance hall. Bigger structural ideas are discussed only if you are planning works anyway.

From Victorian terraces to riverside towers in Manchester

Greater Manchester offers a broad mix. Rusholme, Longsight and Levenshulme are known for terraced streets, Chorlton and Didsbury for larger Victorian and 1930s houses, and Wythenshawe for its garden-suburb estates. In the centre, Ancoats and the Northern Quarter hold mill conversions, and newer high-rise flats cluster along the Irwell and the Quays. Each form brings its own constraints on layout.

Business enquiries come from the wholesale and fashion units around Cheetham Hill, restaurants on Wilmslow Road, clinics and offices along the Oxford Road corridor, and workshops and warehouses on estates such as Trafford Park. The review looks at entrances, reception, owner's desk and storage.

Which door the household really uses

Manchester's wet climate means many households keep their front doors closed and use side or rear entrances daily. Which door is really used matters for the reading, so the consultation asks how you actually come and go, not only where the official front door is.
