Vastu consultation for properties in Nanded Waghala

Nanded Waghala is a Godavari-side city of Marathwada where pilgrim traffic, farm trade and steady residential growth all shape the buildings. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online, starting from a plan or hand sketch and a compass bearing at the door, and fits her suggestions to how each space is actually used.

What Dr. Riddhe looks at in a property

Vastu looks at how a building faces the directions and whether the placement of rooms suits those who live or work in it. A family house, a lodge that receives visitors and a trader's shop all use the same compass very differently, so each is read according to its own routine.

Dr. Riddhe first asks who uses which room and at what time of day. Her early suggestions are small ones, such as moving a bed, repositioning stock or changing which room serves as the office. Structural work arises only if there is a clear reason, and no particular result is promised.

Godavari-side homes, lodges and shops in Nanded Waghala

Housing in the city runs from older neighbourhoods near the Godavari ghats and the Gurudwara area to localities such as Shivaji Nagar and Vazirabad, and the planned CIDCO side of town, where plots are regular and apartment blocks are common. Entrance direction, kitchen position and staircase placement are the usual first questions.

Commercial questions come from shops and wholesale dealers serving the cotton, soybean, turmeric and banana-growing districts around, from lodges and dharamshalas catering to visitors, and from small workshops. Online, each follows the same path: a drawing with rough measurements, a compass bearing, photographs of every room and a video tour with the owner.

River rise, ground-floor damp and roof heat

The city has hot, dry summers, a moderate monsoon and a river that can rise noticeably in heavy rain. Roof heat, damp in ground-floor rooms and the placement of water tanks affect daily life, so these practical points are weighed together with direction.
