Vastu Consultant in Naples

Vastu for old buildings and sea-facing flats in Naples

Naples is dense, vertical and full of old buildings, so Vastu here has to be adapted with care. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews your home or shop from a plan, compass reading and photographs, then walks you through the findings by video. No one travels, and nothing is demolished.

How room zones are assessed

Vastu considers direction, light and the purpose given to each part of a space. In a historic Neapolitan building, the walls, staircase and courtyard are already settled, so the useful conversation is about how you arrange rooms, where you sleep, cook and work, and how the entrance is kept.

Dr. Riddhe asks for a sketch or floor plan, a compass reading from the main door, and clear photographs of each room. She then holds a video walkthrough and explains what suits the layout, always beginning with simple, non-destructive corrections before any larger change is raised.

How Naples streets, palazzi and shops shape the advice

Much of the city is made up of tall palazzi built around internal courtyards, with narrow streets in the historic centre and sunnier flats on the Vomero hill or along the Chiaia and Posillipo seafront. Some families still live in ground-floor bassi that receive little direct sun, which affects how rooms are used.

Shop owners near the port, in the markets or on Via Toledo have their own layout questions about counters and storage. Because the review is online, you can ask about a rented flat before signing, or revisit your home after a season. Calls are fixed around Campania's evening.

Sea, volcano and sun that differ street by street

Naples lies on the Gulf, with Vesuvius to the east, so views and light shift from one street to the next. Orientation to the sea or the volcano can differ sharply between neighbouring flats.
