Vastu consultation for properties in Paithan

Paithan sits on the Godavari in the Marathwada region, an old town where family homes, small shops and weaving sheds share the same lanes. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online, beginning with a floor plan and a compass reading at the front door, and then shapes her suggestions around how your household really lives.

What a Vastu review looks at in your building

A Vastu review asks how a building relates to the directions, where the entrance, kitchen, prayer corner and sleeping rooms fall, and whether that arrangement suits the people using them. It is a careful reading of a plan, not a checklist applied to every house alike.

Dr. Riddhe prefers small, reversible changes first: shifting a bed, re-purposing a room, rearranging a work table. Larger alterations are discussed only when there is a clear reason, and no outcome is promised. The idea is a property that feels more orderly and easier to live in.

Wadas, apartments and looms around Paithan

Older Paithan homes often follow the traditional wada pattern, with rooms arranged around an inner courtyard and a deep threshold at the front. Newer plots and apartments on the edges of town are plainer rectangles. Owners of a wada usually ask what to do with extra rooms that no longer have their original purpose, while apartment buyers ask about the entrance.

The town is closely linked with Paithani silk saris, and some families work from looms inside or beside the house. Where the loom stands, where silk and zari are stored and where the owner sits to deal with buyers are practical questions for the review. Everything is handled by sketch, photographs and a video call.

Godavari floods and summer heat in Vastu advice

The hot Marathwada summer and the monsoon rise of the Godavari, with the Jayakwadi dam upstream, shape how people ventilate rooms and store water in Paithan. Those everyday concerns are woven into the Vastu reading so the advice remains workable in local conditions.
