Vastu Consultant in Palghar

Vastu consultation for Palghar properties

Palghar combines a growing district headquarters, coastal villages, orchards and an industrial belt, so no two properties here are alike. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reads each one from a distance, starting with the plan and a door compass reading, and keeps her observations tied to how you actually use the rooms.

Reading entrances, kitchens and bedrooms by direction

Vastu looks at the relationship between a building and the directions: where the main door opens, how rooms are grouped, which areas receive morning light and where heavy storage sits. The point is to judge whether the layout fits the routine of the people inside, not to apply a fixed formula.

Dr. Riddhe favours light-touch changes before anything else, such as moving a wardrobe, reassigning a room or reorganising a desk. Bigger alterations are raised only when there is a sound reason. No result is promised; the aim is a property that is easier and calmer to use.

Towers, farmhouses and industrial plots in Palghar

Residential Palghar is changing quickly. Apartment towers have come up near the railway station on the Western line, and older houses and bungalows still stand in the villages along the roads towards Boisar and Manor. People buying a flat in a new building usually ask which way the entrance faces and where the kitchen falls, since the plan is already fixed.

Further out, the district is known for the chemical and engineering units at Tarapur MIDC, for chikoo orchards around Dahanu and for fishing hamlets on the coast. A factory owner asks where machines, stock and the office should sit, while an orchard farmhouse raises questions about open land, a well and the farm gate. Sketches, photographs and a video call cover all of this.

Coastal rain and humid summers in the reading

Heavy monsoon rain on the Konkan coastal belt and humid summers affect how people in Palghar ventilate rooms and where they place water tanks. Those realities are part of the Vastu reading, so each recommendation stays workable in the local climate.
