Vastu consultation for properties in Panaji

Panaji is Goa's compact capital, a mix of old Latin Quarter houses, apartment blocks and government and professional offices around the Mandovi river. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online, reading your plan and entrance first, then walking through the rooms with you on video to discuss practical adjustments.

Reading entrances, kitchens and storage by direction

A Vastu review considers how a building relates to the directions, where the entrance, kitchen, sleeping rooms and work areas sit, and whether the layout supports the way people actually live or work in it. A narrow heritage house and a modern apartment raise very different points.

Dr. Riddhe's approach is to begin with small, reversible steps: rearranging furniture, changing how a room is used, or moving a desk or counter. Structural alteration is not the starting point, particularly in an older or protected building. Her comments are explained clearly and carry no promise of any particular result.

Heritage lanes, flats and offices around the Mandovi

Residential Panaji runs from the tiled, colourful houses of Fontainhas and Altinho to flats in Campal, Miramar, Caranzalem, Dona Paula and Taleigao, with more housing across the Mandovi at Porvorim. Many homes sit on sloping ground or in tightly packed lanes, so the direction the main door faces is often the first question.

The working side of the city is just as varied: law and accounting offices, government departments near the Secretariat, small clinics, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, and hospitality and tourism ventures. People ask where to seat staff, keep records and place the till. Online, the process remains simple: sketch, compass reading, photographs and a video call.

Low-lying ground, humidity and ventilation

Panaji's humid air, heavy monsoon and low-lying stretches near the river shape how rooms are ventilated and where water or stock is kept. Such practical details are worked into the reading, so any suggestion suits a Goan coastal climate and not only a textbook plan.
