Vastu Consultant in Pen

Vastu consultation for properties in Pen

Pen, in Raigad district, is a Konkan town where many families live beside the workplace, whether that is a shop, a godown or a long idol-making shed. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such properties online, beginning with a floor plan and a compass reading at the main door, and keeps her advice tied to daily routine.

Small, reversible changes before any alteration

Vastu considers how a building sits against the directions, where the entrance, kitchen, prayer corner and bedrooms are placed, and whether that arrangement helps the people who use them. A useful review reads your actual layout instead of repeating a stock list of rules.

Dr. Riddhe starts with light, reversible suggestions, for instance moving a bed, giving a room another purpose or relocating a work table. Heavier alterations are discussed only for a clear reason. She promises no particular result; the aim is a space that is simpler and calmer to live in.

Konkan houses, shops and workshop sheds in Pen

Homes in Pen range from older Konkan-style houses with sloping tiled roofs and a front verandah to newer apartment buildings and row houses on the roads leading out of town. Because many families combine home and work on one plot, a common question is how to place a living area, a shop front and a storage room so they do not crowd each other.

The town is famous for its Ganesh idol workshops, where long sheds hold moulds, drying idols and painting tables for months before the festival. Owners ask where the working area, the finished stock and their own seat should sit, and how to arrange a shed that is part workshop, part showroom. All of this can be studied through sketches, photographs and a video call.

Konkan damp and drying spaces in your plan

Pen sits in the wet Konkan belt, with heavy monsoon rain and humid air that matter to anyone drying clay or paint. These realities are included in the Vastu reading, so any suggestion about layout or storage stays workable in local weather.
