Vastu Consultant in Prayagraj

Vastu consultation for Prayagraj properties

Prayagraj holds very different kinds of property: crowded lanes around Chowk and Katra, bungalow plots in Civil Lines, and newer apartments and colonies stretching towards Naini and Jhunsi. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reads Vastu for all of them remotely, working from your drawing, photographs and a live walkthrough, and explains every point in plain language.

Kitchen, puja corner and bedrooms in plain words

A consultation begins with a floor plan or even a hand sketch, a compass reading taken at the main door, and photographs of each room. Once Dr. Riddhe has studied them, she holds a video walkthrough with you and asks how each space is really used from morning to night.

Many Prayagraj houses were extended room by room over decades, so original drawings are often missing. A measured sketch is enough to start. Suggestions begin with simple, non-destructive changes to use and arrangement, and structural work is raised only when a project genuinely calls for it.

Old lanes, Civil Lines plots and new colonies

Much of the city sits on the flat doab land between the Ganga and the Yamuna, and plots tend to be regular, which makes reading entrances and room zones fairly straightforward. Older family homes near the river often have inner courtyards, shared walls and later additions that deserve a careful look at how the zones now fall.

Families building on the outskirts, shopkeepers in the Katra and Civil Lines markets, and people renting while they prepare for exams all ask different things. Because the session is online, you can join from the property itself, which helps when the compass reading and the walkthrough are done in the same visit.

Hot summers, foggy winters and room use

Prayagraj summers are hot and the winters cool and foggy, so Dr. Riddhe also asks how rooms are used in each season. A south or west room that is unbearable in May may need different handling from one that is simply dim in January.
