Vastu Consultant in Raebareli

Vastu consultation for properties in Raebareli

Raebareli is a district town on the flat Awadh plain, where family houses with courtyards sit beside new brick-and-concrete colonies and farmland is still close to the town edge. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Vastu for these properties online, using your plan and photographs, and gives suggestions you can act on without heavy construction.

Floor plan, door direction and photographs: how a review begins

The process starts with a floor plan or a simple sketch, the direction your main door faces, and photographs of each room and the surroundings. Dr. Riddhe goes through them first, then speaks to you on video and has you walk her through the house.

She keeps her recommendations practical. Adjustments to how rooms are used, where heavy items stand, and how the entrance is kept come first, and only if a building is still on paper does she talk about layout changes. A visit can be discussed when a project needs it.

Courtyard houses, new colonies and farm-edge plots

Level ground and generous plots mean many Raebareli homes have a clear shape, often a rectangle with a front verandah, an open yard and rooms added at the back over time. That makes it easy to see how the main door relates to the kitchen, prayer corner and bedrooms, and where later extensions changed the balance.

People working at the rail coach factory, the telephone industry campus, AIIMS, NIPER or the power plant at Unchahar often live in rented or institutional housing, while landowners and shopkeepers build their own. Each group asks different questions, from rearranging a rented flat to planning a new house from scratch.

Plots on farmland where the road does not follow the compass

Many residents of the district are building on family agricultural land at the edge of town, where there is no street grid to follow. In such cases the compass reading at the plot becomes especially useful, because the road may not align with the true directions.
