Vastu Consultant in Rajura

Vastu consultation for Rajura properties

Rajura sits in the eastern corner of Chandrapur district, close to the Telangana border, where farmland, coal country and cement works meet. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online. You send a plan or sketch and photographs, take a compass reading at the main door, and she explains what she observes during a video call.

How a Vastu reading treats doors, rooms and zones

Vastu is a way of reading a building through its directions, its entrances and the position of its rooms, and then asking whether that arrangement suits the people who live or work there. The reading is practical. It follows how you actually cook, sleep, store goods and receive visitors, rather than an ideal drawing.

Dr. Riddhe prefers to begin with small, reversible changes such as rearranging a room, shifting a work table or changing what a space is used for. Structural alterations are discussed only when a property genuinely calls for them, and no change is presented as a promise of any particular result.

Houses and workplaces around Rajura

Homes in and around Rajura are a mixture of older single-storey houses with a front verandah and rear yard, newer concrete houses on regular plots, and flats that have started to appear for people employed in nearby industry. Entrance direction, the placement of the kitchen and where the water tank stands tend to be the opening questions.

The taluka's livelihood rests on cement manufacturing, coal-related work in the wider Chandrapur belt, and cotton and soybean farming. Shop owners in the market area, transporters, contractors and plant-side suppliers ask about cash counters, stock rooms and office seating. Because the review is online, none of this needs a journey to Mumbai.

Planning for hot summers, thick walls and verandahs

Chandrapur district records some of the hottest summers in Maharashtra, so Rajura houses often rely on thick walls, shaded verandahs and cross-ventilation. These local habits are respected in the reading, and suggestions are chosen so they do not make a hot room harder to live in.
