Vastu Consultant in Seoul

Online Vastu consultation for Seoul homes and offices

Seoul is dense, vertical and busy, and most residents live in numbered apartment blocks or compact officetels. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such spaces entirely online, working from your plan, a compass reading at the entrance and photographs, then walking through the rooms with you on video.

Working from plans and photographs explained simply

Vastu relates a building to the directions and considers how each zone is used. In a Seoul apartment the structure is rarely yours to alter, so the sensible approach is to understand the layout and then arrange beds, desks, storage and the kitchen routine within it.

Dr. Riddhe begins with gentle, reversible adjustments, because many people here rent on a jeonse or monthly basis and cannot touch walls. She tells you openly when a layout is workable as it is. The reading is a considered opinion, and she makes no promise about outcomes.

Gangnam towers, Mapo villas and compact officetels

Seoul's housing ranges widely. There are large apartment complexes in Gangnam, Songpa and Nowon, villa buildings of three or four storeys in Mapo and Seongbuk, traditional hanok around Bukchon, and glass offices in Yeouido and Gwanghwamun. Each has its own handling of entrances, balconies and ondol-heated floors.

Executives, consultants, IT professionals, traders and students from India live across these districts, and their questions are usually about a home, sometimes about a small office. Korea is three and a half hours ahead of India, so the team fixes the call in Seoul time and confirms it when you book.

Korean geomancy alongside, not instead of, Vastu

Seoul itself was sited under Korean geomantic ideas, with mountains behind the old palaces and the Han River in front. That tradition is different from Vastu, but it shows how seriously the city has long treated orientation.
