Vastu course for learners in Sinnar
With houses, shops and industrial sheds constantly being planned around Sinnar, there is real interest in understanding Vastu first-hand. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi teaches a course that starts with fundamentals and progresses to reading an actual plan and proposing corrections that are careful and workable.
Reading floor plans: the course approach
Early sessions cover directions and zones and the five elements, followed by plan reading: finding true orientation, understanding an entrance, and fitting kitchens, bedrooms, stores and workspaces into a layout. Homes, offices and commercial spaces are taught as separate cases, since each is lived in differently.
On the question of remedies, the course favours reversible, non-destructive adjustments before any structural change. The teaching emphasises sound observation and plain explanation, so that you can justify a suggestion to a client, and revisit it honestly if it proves impractical. Case studies in class use ordinary homes and shops, not exotic examples.

Who in Sinnar can use this course
In Sinnar the course can serve a homeowner about to build, a civil engineer or draughtsman working with plot plans, an interior designer handling flats and showrooms, or a person looking at Vastu as a profession. Industrial and warehouse layouts offer further material for those interested in commercial work.
With so many new constructions nearby, there is no shortage of real layouts. Practice after the course is strongly recommended: begin with your own home, then a relative's shop, and only afterwards advise others. Keeping notes on what you observe makes your later explanations clearer.
