Vastu Consultant in Sydney

Vastu for Sydney homes, units and workplaces

Sydney homes range from sandstone terraces and Federation houses to brick bungalows in the western suburbs and towers around the harbour. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi offers Vastu for these properties entirely online, reading your plan, compass bearings and photographs, and suggesting changes that suit a rented unit or an owned house alike.

Reading your plan against the compass explained simply

A Vastu review looks at how a property sits against the directions, where the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and workspace fall, and how those choices fit the people who live or work there. It is a way of looking at a building, and it works best when explained plainly.

For Sydney clients, Dr. Riddhe begins with what the building allows. Walls in a strata block cannot be moved, and many leases forbid alterations, so she starts with furniture, use of rooms and storage before anything structural is discussed. No outcome is promised; the aim is a home that feels better organised.

Terraces, strata units and suburban houses in Sydney

Sydney living is shaped by its geography. Harbour-facing apartments, Inner West terraces in areas such as Newtown and Balmain, and large family homes across Parramatta, Blacktown and the Hills district all have different problems: narrow plots, shared walls, or entrances that face the street whichever way the compass points.

Many Indian-origin families in Sydney buy through strata schemes, where common walls and owners corporation rules limit changes. Dr. Riddhe reads the plan first, then asks you to walk through the property on video so she can see natural light, balconies and the position of the main door in real life.

Sloping plots and harbour-side angles

Sydney has a long coastline and a hilly harbour, so plots often slope or twist away from a clean north-south grid. A compass reading taken at your own front door is therefore more useful than the street direction on a map.
