Vastu consultation for properties in Taloda

Taloda is a small town in north-west Maharashtra, close to the Satpura foothills, where homes, farms and shops often share one plot. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such properties online: you send a plan or sketch and photographs, take a compass reading at the door, and then show her the premises on a video call.

Vastu reading without needing to rebuild anything

Vastu looks at how a building relates to the directions, and how the door, kitchen, bedrooms, water source and storage are arranged within it. The useful question is a practical one: does this arrangement suit the way your family or business actually lives and works day by day?

Dr. Riddhe starts with modest changes that can be tried and undone, such as swapping what two rooms are used for, moving a bed or shifting a sack store. Pulling down walls is not her starting point. No part of the review is a promise of results; it aims at a space that is easier to manage and more comfortable.

Town houses, farmhouses and trading premises

Homes around Taloda include brick-and-tile houses with a front verandah, plain concrete houses in the town and farmhouses built on the fields, often with a cattle shed and a pump beside them. Many families live in one part of the plot and run a shop or store from another.

Trade here follows the farm cycle: cotton, banana, chilli and other crops of Nandurbar district pass through local traders, ginning units and godowns. Owners ask where the cash desk should sit, how a store room should face and whether a new gate suits the road. The whole review is carried out remotely, through plan, photographs and a call.

Satpura rains, verandahs and grain storage

Summers in this part of Maharashtra are hot and dry, and monsoon rain arrives off the Satpura range. These weather patterns affect verandahs, roof drainage, borewell placement and where grain is kept, so the advice takes ordinary practicalities of the climate into account.
