Family Constellation for Uran households
Family Constellation looks at the relationships inside a family, including those with members who are distant, estranged or no longer living. In a one-to-one online session, Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi invites you to place objects to stand for relatives and observe what the arrangement shows, at an unhurried pace.
How a session works, from question to placement
The method is based on the idea that families have an underlying structure, and that tensions can sometimes be understood by seeing where each person stands in relation to the others. Objects on a table or floor represent parents, siblings, a partner or an ancestor, and Dr. Riddhe guides you through what you notice as positions change.
Other family members do not need to attend or even know about the session. Group sessions are held in person in Mumbai, while individual work happens online. Family Constellation is a reflective method, and it should not be treated as therapy, medical treatment or crisis support.

Preparing your question and quiet space
Choose a private room and a table or floor space about two metres wide. Gather small household objects, one for each person you may want to include, and note the question you want to explore. You will be asked to share only as much family history as you are comfortable discussing.
