Vastu consultation for properties in Vijayawada

Vijayawada is a busy trading and transport city on the Krishna, where family homes, wholesale shops and workshops often share the same streets. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Vijayawada properties remotely, starting with a floor plan and a compass reading taken at the main door, and shaping her observations around how each space is lived in.

Adjustments that need no construction in Vijayawada

A Vastu review considers how a building faces the directions, where its rooms and doors fall, and whether that arrangement matches the daily habits of the people using it. In a city like Vijayawada, that might be a ground-floor shop with a family flat above it, or an apartment where the kitchen shares a wall with the main entrance.

Dr. Riddhe first tries to understand the plan as it stands. Her suggestions then begin with easy changes: moving a desk, reassigning a room, relocating storage. Opening up walls is not where she starts. None of this is presented as a promise of outcome; the aim is a more comfortable, better-organised property.

How homes and shops are laid out in Vijayawada

Homes in Vijayawada range from older houses around Governorpet, Suryaraopet and Gunadala to apartment blocks near Benz Circle, Labbipet, Patamata and along Eluru Road, with newer gated communities toward Poranki and across the river at Tadepalli. Plots tend to be modest, so entrance direction and where the stairs sit are frequent questions.

Commerce is just as important. The city is known for wholesale markets, Auto Nagar's vehicle and spare-parts trade, rice and grain dealing, and a big transport sector. Owners ask where the cash counter, godown and owner's seat belong. The online routine does not change: a sketch, compass reading, photographs and a video call.

Delta heat, cyclone rain and drainage

Vijayawada summers are fiercely hot, and the monsoon and cyclone season can bring heavy rain along the Krishna delta. Ventilation, west-facing heat and drainage near the entrance are discussed alongside the directions so that advice remains workable in local conditions.
