Vastu Consultant in Adalaj

Vastu consultation for properties in Adalaj

Adalaj sits on the busy road between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, and the old village has grown into a place of society bungalows, row houses and fresh plots. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi studies such properties online, reading your drawing and door direction first, then going through the rooms with you on video.

Rooms, doors and work areas read together

Vastu looks at how a building is oriented, where its main door, kitchen, bedrooms, prayer space and store fall, and whether that pattern suits the household living there. A review is only useful if it respects how your family really moves through the house.

Dr. Riddhe therefore begins with modest changes that cost little: moving a bed, changing the purpose of a room, turning a desk. Demolition and rebuilding are not where she starts. Each observation comes with its reasoning and is never offered as a promise of how life will turn out.

Society bungalows, plots and highway shops

Much of the housing around Adalaj is built in planned societies with regular rectangular plots, duplex bungalows and rows of identical houses, so the road direction decides the facing of whole lanes. Buyers who purchase a plot first and build later also ask which corner to place the kitchen, staircase and septic tank.

Because Adalaj is a commuter edge for Gandhinagar offices and Ahmedabad's western business belt, many owners are away all day and prefer a remote consultation. Shops and small workshops near the highway and the industrial estates of Kalol and Chhatral raise their own questions about counters, stock and the owner's seat.

A semi-arid climate and waterlogged plots

Adalaj has hot, dry summers and a monsoon that can leave plots waterlogged. Drainage, terrace water tanks and ventilation are kept in view during the reading, so each suggestion works in this semi-arid climate and a newly built society.
