Vastu consultation for properties in Amreli

Amreli is a Saurashtra district town on the Thebi river, once part of the Gaekwad territory, and its buildings mix older walled-in houses with newer bungalows and trading premises. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reads such properties online, beginning with your drawing and door direction, then touring the rooms with you on video.

Why use of the space shapes the advice

Vastu looks at how a building is oriented, where its entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and store rooms lie, and whether that pattern suits the people using it every day. In a house that also holds a family business, the questions overlap and need careful sorting out.

Dr. Riddhe's habit is to begin with changes that cost almost nothing: moving a bed, giving a room a different use, turning a desk. Demolition is not where she starts. Every observation arrives with its reasoning and is never framed as a promise about how things will turn out.

Courtyard houses, godowns and diamond workshops

Within Amreli town you find compact old houses with inner courtyards and common walls near the market, alongside roomy bungalows and row houses on the newer roads. Farm-linked trade is everywhere: groundnut and cotton dealers, oil mills, godowns and agricultural suppliers, and many shopfronts have a family home above or behind them.

Diamond cutting and polishing units, a trade that many families from the district follow, also occupy small rooms and halls. Owners ask where to seat the manager, keep stock and place machines. Online, the process stays the same: sketch, compass reading, photographs and a call, with no need for you to travel.

Dry weather, water scarcity and tank placement

Saurashtra's hot, dry weather and irregular monsoon, with water scarcity in poor years, mean that tanks, borewells and terrace storage matter greatly. These practical points are weighed in the reading so that advice stays workable for your property.
