Vastu consultation for properties in Alexandria
Alexandria stretches along the Mediterranean, and its homes range from sea-facing apartments on the Corniche to older European-style buildings in the centre. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi offers Vastu consultation online, so owners and tenants in Alexandria receive careful guidance without any travel.
How a Vastu review reads entrances and zones
The review begins with your floor plan. Dr. Riddhe notes the direction of the main door, where the kitchen, bedrooms, living space and workplace fall among the zones, and how the five elements appear in the arrangement. She also asks how your household moves through the day, since the lived pattern matters as much as the drawing.
Her recommendations start with modest, reversible steps: shifting a bed, changing how a room is used, clearing a particular corner. Structural alterations are mentioned only when a layout clearly demands them. If you rent, or share a building, the advice remains within what you can sensibly change.
Sea-facing flats, older blocks and coastal villas
Because Alexandria's coast faces north across the Mediterranean, many Corniche apartments open toward the sea on one side and onto a street on the other. Balconies, large windows and salt-laden breezes shape how rooms are used. A compass reading taken at your front door establishes true directions for a building on a curving shoreline.
Older blocks around Mansheya and Bahary have high ceilings and tall windows, while districts such as Smouha, Sidi Gaber, Stanley and Gleem have a mix of newer towers and family flats. Villas in Agami and holiday flats along the coast are also reviewed. Calls are scheduled around the gap with India, which shifts when Egypt changes its clocks in summer.
Salt air, damp walls and easy-to-keep advice
Alexandria's humid, salty climate affects walls, metalwork and furniture, so maintenance is part of daily life. Dr. Riddhe keeps recommendations simple and durable, avoiding anything fragile or hard to keep up in a damp coastal home.

Vastu questions from Alexandria owners
How does a sea-facing flat in Alexandria affect a Vastu reading?
The sea side is treated as one more feature of the plan. Dr. Riddhe notes which direction the sea lies and how balconies and large windows relate to the rooms, then suggests practical adjustments.
Is a seasonal flat on the coast near Alexandria eligible?
Yes. Holiday homes and second flats can be reviewed from the plan, photographs and compass reading. Advice stays light and low-maintenance, which suits a property that is not occupied all year.
Will anyone from Mumbai come to Alexandria?
No. Work for Egypt is online only. The plan, photographs and compass reading, followed by a video walkthrough, are all that is required, and no visit abroad is offered.
Does damp coastal air change what you recommend?
The directional principles are the same, but Dr. Riddhe favours durable, simple suggestions suited to a humid, salty environment, and avoids items that rust easily or need constant care.
