Vastu Consultant in Giza

Vastu consultation for properties in Giza

Giza is a sprawling governorate where Nile-side apartment towers, dense neighbourhood blocks and walled villa compounds sit within sight of the desert plateau. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi, a Vastu consultant working from Vile Parle West, Mumbai, reviews such properties entirely online, so there is no travel and no site visit abroad.

What a Vastu review makes of your layout

A Vastu review starts with paperwork, not predictions. You send a floor plan or a hand sketch, photographs of every room, and a compass bearing taken standing at the main door. Dr. Riddhe lays the plan against the eight directions and the five elements, noting where the kitchen, sleeping rooms, prayer corner, study and storage fall.

She then asks how the household actually lives: who works from home, which rooms get the afternoon sun, where guests are received. Corrections begin with small, reversible moves such as shifting a bed or changing a room's use. Construction work is raised only when a layout truly leaves no other path.

Brick-and-concrete blocks, shop-fronted streets and desert compounds

Much of Giza is built as reinforced-concrete frames filled with brick, often finished floor by floor as a family grows, so rooms may not follow a neat geometry. Districts such as Dokki, Mohandessin and Agouza have older mid-rise blocks, while Haram and Faisal streets carry long rows of shops with flats above. Each of these needs a plan read on its own terms.

Further west, Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City offer gated compounds with villas and townhouses. Egypt keeps a Friday and Saturday weekend, so many Giza clients find a Thursday evening or Saturday slot convenient. The gap with India is two and a half hours in summer and three and a half in winter, and the team confirms the exact hour for you.

A river-and-desert axis and your own openings

The Nile lies to the east of Giza city and the pyramid plateau rises to the west and south-west, a geography that gives many properties here a natural water-and-desert axis. Dr. Riddhe notes how your own openings and balconies relate to it.
