Vastu Consultant in Barcelona

Online Vastu consultation for Barcelona homes and offices

Barcelona is a city of balconies, inner courtyards and narrow streets between the hills and the sea. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews homes and workplaces here entirely online, using your floor plan, a compass reading at the entrance and photographs, followed by a video walkthrough.

Gentle corrections before big changes

Vastu looks at how a building faces the directions and how each room is used. In a rented Catalan flat you cannot reposition walls, so the useful work is to read the layout carefully and then place beds, desks, storage and the kitchen routine sensibly within it.

Dr. Riddhe starts with changes that need no construction and can be reversed when the lease ends. If a plan already works well, she says so frankly. Her reading is a considered opinion, and she does not promise particular outcomes. Expect plain explanations and a short list of changes you can realistically make.

Courtyard blocks, seafront flats and hillside houses

Much of central Barcelona stands in the Eixample, the nineteenth-century grid with chamfered corners, where tall apartment buildings surround interior courtyards. The grid is tilted against north and south, so facades often face the intercardinal directions rather than a clean east or west, which makes a proper compass reading valuable.

Elsewhere there are older flats in Gracia and Poblenou, converted lofts, seafront homes near Barceloneta and houses toward Sant Cugat. Spain changes its clocks, so India is three and a half hours ahead in summer and four and a half in winter; the team confirms the call in Barcelona time.

Mediterranean light, shutters and shaded rooms

Mediterranean sun, shuttered balconies and shaded patios shape daily life here. Dr. Riddhe looks at which rooms receive morning light and which face the street, then suggests how to use them in a way that suits your family's routine.
