Preparing samples for the review
Use plain white paper and a dark pen. Sign five or six times as usual, then copy out a few lines of ordinary handwriting. Take the photographs flat in daylight, upload them ahead of the call and crop out any account numbers.

What makes a good photograph of a signature sample?
Place plain white paper flat under daylight, sign several times with a dark pen and add a few lines of everyday handwriting. Avoid shadows, creases and lined paper.
