Online signature analysis for clients in Beijing

In Beijing, a handwritten signature may be less common in daily life than at home, since seals and digital approvals are widespread. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews signatures from photographs, and helps Indian-origin clients see what theirs communicates on contracts and bank forms.

Looking at legibility, pressure and flourish

A review looks at slant, spacing, size, clarity of the name and any underline or flourish. You send photographs of the signature on plain paper along with a short passage of handwriting, and the observations are shared on a call.

Any change is optional. If you take on a new signature, practise it many times before it goes onto an important document. The review is not forensic examination and cannot verify whether a signature is genuine or forged. The handwriting sample is read with the signature, because together they give a fuller picture.

What is analysed

What a signature analysis looks at

  • Size and proportion

How your signature compares with your normal handwriting.

  • Slant, spacing and pressure

Direction, rhythm and how firmly the pen meets the page.

  • Legibility and strokes

Readable first name and surname, underlines, dots and ending strokes.

  • Placement on the page

Where the signature sits, with optional refinements that stay yours.

A signature that travelled from India to Beijing

For Indian-origin people in Beijing, the signature appears on employment contracts, lease agreements, school forms and on documents that must be sent back to Indian banks. Because it is used less often in daily China life, many people find theirs has become hurried or inconsistent.

Before you adopt a new signature, tell your bank in India and any other institution that holds a specimen. Keep the new one steady for formal use, and take your time so that it becomes natural rather than forced. The same applies to any employer or institution that holds your specimen.

Habits that shift when you live abroad

Time spent abroad can loosen a signature habit. A review can show whether yours still looks like the one on file at your bank in India, which matters when documents are verified.

Questions & answers

Signature questions from Beijing

Have a different question? Ask Dr. Riddhe’s team. There is no obligation to book.

Do I need to sign by hand regularly in Beijing for this review?

No. You only need a few handwritten samples for the photographs. If you rarely sign, Dr. Riddhe can still review the signature you use for formal documents.

Can I change my signature and keep my Indian bank account?

Yes, but inform the bank and update the specimen before you use the new one. Practise the new version first so that it looks consistent from one document to the next.

Does this review confirm that a signature is authentic?

No. It is not forensic or verification work. The review reads style and presentation only, and it should never be used as evidence for a legal or financial dispute.

How do I send signature photos from mainland China?

The team will tell you which channel to use when you book, as some apps may not work smoothly in China. Email is generally a dependable option for sending clear images.
