Vastu Consultant in Jhajjar

Vastu consultation for properties in Jhajjar

Jhajjar district sits on the western edge of the NCR, where village homes, new plotted colonies and factory sheds exist side by side. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such properties online. She works from your sketch or plan, adapts her suggestions to how the property is used and avoids recommending major construction unless it is truly needed.

Reading a plot, its entrances and rooms by direction

Vastu looks at how a property relates to direction, how its entrances and rooms are arranged and how comfortably people can move through it each day. For a house that means the kitchen, bedrooms and puja space; for a unit, the owner's seat, stores and production floor.

Dr. Riddhe reads the plan first and then suggests light adjustments, such as reorganising furniture, changing how a room is used or relocating storage. Structural changes are discussed only when the layout clearly needs them. Nothing is offered as a promise of outcomes. The intention is to leave the property better organised and easier to live in.

Village houses, new colonies and factories in Jhajjar

Homes across the district range from older courtyard houses in Jhajjar town and the villages around it to newer plotted colonies on the Rohtak and Bahadurgarh sides. Families are building more often, and many want to settle the layout before the slab is laid, which makes online review of a plan a sensible first step.

The district also hosts manufacturing at Bahadurgarh, well known for footwear and light industry, plus warehouses and units close to the KMP Expressway. For such places, Dr. Riddhe looks at where machines, stock and the owner's desk are placed. The entire process is handled online, which suits owners who cannot leave production for a site meeting.

Water storage, roof use and drainage on flat land

Land in much of Jhajjar district is flat, and the area gets hot summers and a short, sharp monsoon. Water storage, roof use and drainage are therefore everyday concerns, and they are folded into the Vastu reading so the advice stays practical.
