Vastu Consultant in Johannesburg

Online Vastu consultation for Johannesburg properties

Johannesburg sits on the Highveld, a sprawling city of walled suburban houses, security estates, cluster townhouses and glass office towers. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi provides Vastu consultation for Johannesburg entirely online. A plan, photographs and a compass reading are enough for her to study the property and take you through it on video.

How Vastu reviews each room's use and direction

Vastu relates a building to the directions and the five elements. The review follows how you enter, where the kitchen and sleeping rooms sit, which room serves as the main workspace and how circulation moves around the centre of the plan. It aims for a layout that supports daily routines without fuss.

Her preference is for light-touch corrections. These include reassigning a room, shifting a bed or desk, reorganising storage and adjusting how a door is used. Structural proposals are made rarely, and only if the plan leaves no sensible alternative. Owners in a complex with shared walls usually appreciate that approach.

Gated estates, townhouses and offices in Johannesburg

Much of Johannesburg's housing follows a few familiar patterns: detached houses in suburbs such as Parkhurst, Melville and Linden, townhouses in gated complexes, and large homes in northern areas around Sandton and Bryanston. Many properties are enclosed by high walls and have a driveway gate as the real first entrance, which Dr. Riddhe notes separately from the front door.

Gardens, pools and garages shape the plot as much as the house. She asks for photographs of the street gate, the garage and the garden, and a rough note of where the pool sits. For commercial premises in places like Braamfontein or Midrand, send a plan of the floor you occupy and the lift lobby, since the entry sequence matters in a multi-tenant building.

Summer storms, winter chill and which rooms stay cool

Johannesburg's Highveld summers bring afternoon thunderstorms and strong sun, while winter nights are cold and dry. Mention which rooms get the heat and which stay cool, because comfort in those rooms affects how people really use them.
