Vastu Consultant in Pretoria

Online Vastu consultation for properties in Pretoria

Pretoria is South Africa's administrative capital, known for tree-lined suburbs, embassies, universities and government offices. Its properties range from older gabled houses to modern complexes. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi provides Vastu consultation for Pretoria entirely online, reviewing the plan and photographs you send and discussing her findings on video.

How a Vastu review looks at your property

Vastu considers how a building is oriented to the directions and balanced between the five elements. The review follows the entrance, the kitchen, sleeping rooms, the study or workspace and the way people move between them. The purpose is a layout that supports ordinary routines calmly, with no dramatic alterations.

Dr. Riddhe favours gentle corrections: changing which room is used for what, repositioning furniture, rearranging storage or changing how a door is used. Structural changes are raised only when the plan leaves no sensible alternative. That matters for homeowners with older buildings, where walls and roof lines are best left alone.

Older suburbs, flats and new complexes in Pretoria

Pretoria's older suburbs such as Waterkloof, Brooklyn and Arcadia have established houses with gardens, some with decades of additions. Hatfield and Sunnyside carry many flats and student housing, while Menlyn and Centurion bring newer townhouse complexes and office parks. Each type of property raises different Vastu questions, from stacked flats with one entrance to sprawling plots with several outbuildings.

The Highveld climate gives hot summers with afternoon storms and dry, cold winter nights, and the jacaranda season in spring changes how many gardens are used. Dr. Riddhe asks for photographs in daylight showing windows, patios and the street frontage, so she can see how the rooms receive light and air and how the plot meets its approach.

Checking a new rental before you commit

Many Pretoria residents work in government, defence, education or diplomacy, and may move between postings. If you are about to rent or buy, send the plan of the new place beforehand, and the review can check it before you commit.
