Vastu Consultant in Kano

Online Vastu consultation for properties in Kano

Kano is northern Nigeria's great commercial city, where family compounds, trading houses and factories often stand on the same street. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi offers Vastu consultation for Kano entirely online. You send a plan, a compass reading and photographs, and she studies the property from Mumbai before explaining her findings on video.

Entrances, kitchens and the five elements in a property

Vastu looks at how a building sits against the directions and how its rooms relate to the five elements. For a property in Kano that means checking where the main entrance faces, where the kitchen, sleeping rooms and prayer corner fall, and how a shop or workshop is arranged around its counter, stock and cash point.

Nothing here depends on demolition. Dr. Riddhe begins with the least disruptive options: reassigning rooms, moving furniture or storage, adjusting how people enter and fitting simple balancing elements. Larger structural changes are raised only when a layout truly calls for them, and you decide what is practical for your building.

Reading Kano's compounds, estates and trading premises

Inside Kano's ancient city walls, many homes are walled Hausa compounds with thick earth-brick construction and an entrance hall called the zaure. Newer districts such as the GRA estates have bungalows and duplexes, while Sharada, Bompai and Challawa carry industrial and trading premises. Each type needs its own reading: a compound with several households is studied room by room, whereas a new plot begins with orientation and slope.

The harmattan brings dry, dusty winds from the Sahara in the cooler months, and many households keep doors and windows shut for weeks. Dr. Riddhe therefore considers daylight and airflow when suggesting how rooms are used, and asks for photographs taken in daytime so she can see what each space actually receives.

Shops, warehouses and market-district premises

Kano's Kurmi Market and the dye pits at Kofar Mata show how deeply trade runs through the city. If your shop, warehouse or showroom sits in a market district, send a photograph of the frontage and the approach street, because neighbouring buildings and roads form part of the reading.
