Vastu Consultant in Lagos

Vastu consultation for properties across Lagos

Lagos packs high-rise apartments, gated estates, older tenement blocks and busy commercial streets into one coastal metropolis. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi offers Vastu consultation for Lagos entirely online. You supply a floor plan, a compass reading at the front door and photographs, and she reviews the property before explaining each point on a video call.

Directions, elements and how rooms are used

Vastu is a system for reading how a building relates to the directions and the five elements. In practice, it examines where the entrance opens, how the kitchen and bedrooms are placed, where the main workspace faces and how movement flows between rooms. The goal is a layout that feels settled and easy to use day after day.

Dr. Riddhe prefers gentle remedies. She will first suggest changes to how rooms are used, where heavy furniture sits, and how a doorway or desk is oriented. Structural alterations are mentioned only when a plan clearly needs them. In rented apartments, where walls cannot move, that approach is especially useful.

Apartments, estates and offices in Lagos

Lagos housing is varied. Residents of Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki often live in high-rise apartments or estate duplexes with fixed layouts. Families in Surulere, Yaba or Ikeja may be in older bungalows or multi-storey blocks, and some rent rooms in compact tenements. Each of these has limits on what can be altered, so the review concentrates on choices you can actually make.

The humid, rainy climate and the lagoon side location mean light and airflow shape how people use their rooms. Dr. Riddhe asks for daytime photographs and notes about which windows catch the afternoon sun. If you run an office on a busy road, the approach, parking and entrance sequence are studied too, because a Lagos workplace rarely has the luxury of a quiet street.

Renting, moving and checking a new flat first

Many Lagos professionals rent, relocate every few years and work across island and mainland. If you plan to move, send the plan of the new flat before signing, and the review can compare it against your current one, so the decision rests on better information.
