Choosing objects for each person or theme
You describe the question first, then choose an object for each person or theme and place them as they feel connected. Dr. Riddhe talks through what the layout shows, such as who is near, who is far, and who may be carrying more responsibility than seems fair.
Relatives do not need to take part or be told. The work uses your own view of the family, which is enough for patterns to surface. Group sessions are held in person in Mumbai; the online session is strictly one-to-one. Take your time between placements, since the pauses are often where something becomes clear.

Multi-generation homes and scattered relatives
Ladakhi households have traditionally been close-knit, with several generations sharing one house and one kitchen, and responsibilities such as the family land, the guesthouse or the care of elders passing within the household. That closeness gives strength, but it can also leave some roles unspoken.
Modern life stretches those ties. Winter brings some relatives home while others cannot travel across the passes. A private online session lets you step away from the household for an hour, in a quiet room, and look at the family with a little distance and without needing anyone's permission.

Think of the one relationship or situation you most want to understand, and list the people connected to it. Choose a private room. Gather a handful of small items from the house, such as cups, pebbles or buttons. If your network is unreliable, give the team a back-up phone number.

No. He is represented by an object in your own arrangement. The work depends on your view of the family, so nobody else has to attend or be informed about the session.
Will the online format work if my video keeps freezing?
Much of the session is a conversation, so it can proceed on a phone call while you describe the objects. A steadier video link helps, though, and a second number is worth leaving with the team.
Is a group constellation possible for people from Ladakh?
Group sessions are held only in person in Mumbai, at the Vile Parle West office. If travelling is not practical, the one-to-one online session is the available format.
Can it help with a disagreement over who inherits the family house?
It may help you see roles and expectations more clearly before you speak with relatives, but it does not replace legal advice or mediation. Inheritance matters need a qualified adviser.
