One-to-one online family constellation in London
Families carry patterns that are rarely discussed: roles handed down, absences, loyalties and old tension. Family constellation helps bring them into view. For people in London, whose relatives may live in several countries, an online one-to-one session lets you explore those ties from your own home.

Representing family members with small objects
You pick small objects to stand for family members and place them on a table in view of the camera. Dr. Riddhe asks you to move pieces and notice how each arrangement feels, guiding you gently through what you observe. She does not push for personal details you prefer to keep private.
Relatives need not attend. This is not therapy, medical treatment or crisis support, and anyone struggling should seek help from a doctor or counsellor. Group constellations are held in person only at the Vile Parle West, Mumbai office, so London clients use the one-to-one format.

Session formats
How family constellation sessions are offered
One-to-one, online
Just you and Dr. Riddhe on video, with everyday objects representing family members.
Group sessions in person
Other participants stand in for family members. Held in person in Mumbai.
No family attendance needed
You attend on your own; the family system is represented in the session.
Reflective, not therapy
It does not diagnose or treat; it can sit alongside professional support.
Families spread between London and elsewhere
London families are often stretched across distances: parents in India, siblings in Canada or the Gulf, children at university in another city. People balancing careers with duties to ageing parents, or with expectations about marriage and the family business, can find old tensions return around festivals and milestones.
Others come after a bereavement, a separation or a move between boroughs, such as from a family home in Southall or Wembley to a flat nearer work. A constellation can show how you stand within the family and what you may be carrying. Sessions are set in the UK late morning or afternoon.
Privacy at a kitchen table
Space is tight in many London homes, and privacy can be scarce. A short session at the kitchen table, when others are at work or out, is often easier to arrange than a family conversation, and nothing needs to be explained to anyone beforehand.
Simple & clear
How an object-based session proceeds
- 1
Book a session
One-to-one online by video, or in person in Mumbai. Group sessions are held in Mumbai.
- 2
Name the theme
Describe the family pattern or relationship you want to look at, briefly and at your own pace.
- 3
Guided constellation
The family is represented with objects or participants, and the relationships are explored step by step.
- 4
Time to reflect
You take away perspectives to think about. It is reflective work, not therapy or treatment.
Getting ready for your session
Find a quiet room and a small clear table. Gather a handful of objects, such as coins, cups, buttons or toy figures, enough for each person you want to include and yourself. Think about the relationship you wish to look at. Dr. Riddhe confirms the language when you book and arranges a time in London and India hours.

Questions & answers
Family constellation questions from London
Have a different question? Ask Dr. Riddhe’s team. There is no obligation to book.
Can I do a constellation in a small London flat?
Yes. A small table or a clear patch of floor is enough, plus a handful of household objects. You need only a private moment and a stable video connection.
Do my siblings abroad have to take part in my London session?
No. The objects stand in for them, so you can work alone. If you later wish to share what you noticed, that choice is entirely yours.
What if I live in London but my family is in India?
Distance is no obstacle, because the arrangement happens on your table, not in the family's home. Many people use the method precisely when relatives are far away.
Could I join a group constellation while visiting India from London?
Group sessions take place in person at the Vile Parle West, Mumbai office. If you are travelling, ask about dates ahead of time, and the online one-to-one remains available when you are back in London.
