One-to-one online family constellation in Los Angeles

Representing family members with small objects
You choose small objects to represent family members and arrange them in view of the camera. Dr. Riddhe asks you to adjust positions, pause and notice what each change brings up, and she guides the conversation without pressing for details you would rather keep to yourself. The method relies on observing patterns, not on interrogation.
Relatives do not need to attend. This is not therapy, medical treatment or crisis support, and anyone in distress should contact a doctor, counsellor or emergency service. Group constellations take place in person only in Mumbai, so Los Angeles clients use the one-to-one online session.

Find a private spot and clear a small table. Collect objects such as stones, coins, mugs or toy figures, enough to stand for each person you want to include and for yourself. Think about the relationship you would like to look at. Dr. Riddhe confirms the language when you book and agrees a Pacific-time slot.
