Vastu Consultant in Makrana

Vastu consultation for properties in Makrana

Makrana in Nagaur district is a town built around white marble, and its buildings reflect that: stone-faced homes, showrooms along the road, and workshops where blocks are cut and polished. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews these spaces through Vastu, working online from your drawings, photographs and measurements, and keeping every suggestion practical for structures that already stand.

Starting with a sketch and a compass reading

A Vastu review begins with the plan. For a house in Makrana that usually means a hand-drawn sketch or an architect's drawing showing room positions, the main entrance, the kitchen, the staircase and any open courtyard. You then take a compass reading at the main door and send photographs of each room. Dr. Riddhe studies how directions, zones and the five elements fall across the layout.

She follows a gentle sequence: first the adjustments that need no demolition, such as changing how a room is used, moving heavy storage or rearranging an entrance, and structural changes only when you are already planning them. A video walkthrough follows, so each recommendation is discussed with your real rooms in view.

Marble, workshops and family homes in Makrana

Makrana's economy rests on marble: quarrying, block cutting, polishing and trade with buyers across India. That gives the town an unusual mix of property types. Family homes often stand close to workshops, a showroom may share a plot with a godown, and a trader's office can be a single room above the shop. Each of these needs a different reading of direction and use.

Hot, dry summers also shape daily life here, with thick walls, shaded verandas and rooftop spaces in regular use. When Dr. Riddhe reviews such a home she asks about these habits. Dust, heavy stone stock and machine noise are practical factors that influence where an office desk or a family room can sensibly sit.

Separating home and marble-trade premises

Marble is the town's trade and its reputation, and many families run a business from the same premises where they live. Vastu questions in Makrana therefore often involve separating home and work areas, and deciding where accounts, stock and the cash counter should be placed.
