Vastu Consultant in Munich

Vastu consultation for Munich households and firms

Munich homes tend to be compact, well built and costly, which makes every square metre count. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi applies Vastu Shastra to such spaces from her Vile Parle West office in Mumbai, reading your plan and photographs and speaking with you by video, with no visit to Bavaria involved.

Gentle, reversible steps before structural work

A Vastu review looks at how the main door, rooms and open areas of a property relate to the compass and the five elements. The aim is to understand how the layout supports daily routines such as cooking, resting, studying and working, and to point out where the arrangement feels awkward.

Advice starts with modest, reversible steps. In a rented apartment you would rarely touch walls or plumbing, so suggestions focus on furniture, room use, colour and lighting, and on how you arrange the entrance zone. Larger changes are discussed only if you own the property and wish to renovate.

Compact flats, balconies and home offices in Munich

Residential space in Munich is tight, and many households live in rented flats of two to four rooms, from Altbau apartments in Schwabing and Haidhausen to newer blocks in Bogenhausen or Neuperlach, with terraced houses and villas in the southern suburbs. Balconies and loggias often face the courtyard or the street, which matters when judging direction.

Munich is also a base for engineering, automotive, insurance, software and media firms, so a lot of consultations concern a home office or a small company unit. Sessions take place online, and an early evening in Bavaria falls late in the Indian evening, so the team schedules carefully.

Mountain views and room preferences

With the Alps to the south and the Isar running through the city, Munich has a strong sense of its own orientation. Residents often say that views toward the mountains shape which rooms they favour. Dr. Riddhe takes such preferences into account while reading your plan.
