Vastu Consultant in Berlin

Vastu consultation for homes and offices in Berlin

Most Berliners rent, and most live in flats, from tall-ceilinged Altbau tenements to prefabricated Plattenbau blocks and glass-fronted new builds. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi, a Vastu consultant working from Vile Parle West, Mumbai, therefore concentrates on adjustments a tenant can actually make, and conducts every Berlin review online.

How your plan is read, step by step

The review starts with documents you can prepare quickly: a floor plan or hand sketch, a compass bearing at the flat's front door, and photographs of each room, the windows and the balcony. Dr. Riddhe maps the layout to the eight directions and the five elements and notes where the kitchen, sleeping rooms and workspace sit.

She asks how everyone in the home spends the day, because many Berlin flats double as offices. Suggestions begin with tool-free changes such as shifting a desk, changing what a room is used for or rearranging storage. Anything needing building work is mentioned only if no other option exists, and you may set it aside.

Altbau rooms, prefab estates and courtyard buildings

In an Altbau from the late nineteenth century, rooms are tall, often with stucco and a tiled stove, and the plan may include a Berliner Zimmer, the long corner room linking the front and rear wings. Many sit around courtyards, with a Vorderhaus facing the street and a Hinterhaus behind. The Plattenbau estates of Marzahn, Lichtenberg and Hellersdorf have regular, repeated floor plans.

Berlin's economy includes start-ups, software, media, research and the public sector, and plenty of people work from home or from shared offices in Mitte, Kreuzberg and Charlottenburg. Germany keeps Central European time, so Berlin sits four and a half hours behind India in winter and three and a half in summer. The team arranges the hour with you.

Heating, light and the lease you have

Radiators below the windows, tiled stoves and long dark winters shape how Berliners arrange rooms. Dr. Riddhe takes such details into account so her suggestions work with the heating, the light and the lease you already have.
