Vastu Consultant in Mysore

Vastu consultation for properties in Mysore

Mysore is a planned, leafy city of palaces, wide roads and well-kept residential layouts, with a large share of retired residents and families who value a settled home. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Mysore properties online, starting with your plan and photographs and then walking through each room with you on video.

What a Vastu review looks at in a home

Vastu reads a building against the directions: where the entrance opens, where the kitchen, bedrooms and prayer space fall, and how the plan suits the people living in it. It is most useful when you are choosing a site, finalising a plan or settling into a new house, though an older home can be reviewed just as well.

Dr. Riddhe studies the layout and the household's routine first. Her suggestions begin with the lightest changes, such as how a room is used or where furniture stands, and walls or doors come last, if at all. She makes no promise of results. The goal is a home that feels orderly and comfortable.

Layout houses, older lanes and workplaces in Mysore

Residential Mysore is largely built in layouts, many developed by the city's urban development authority, with regular sites and roads on one or two sides. Areas such as Vijayanagar, Kuvempunagar, Saraswathipuram, Jayalakshmipuram and Gokulam hold detached houses and apartments, and entrance direction and corner sites are usually the first points people raise.

Older parts near Lashkar Mohalla and the central market streets have narrower plots and shared walls, so room use matters more than rebuilding. For work premises, small manufacturing at Hootagalli and Metagalli, shops, clinics and the city's software and tourism trades each raise questions about the owner's seat, counters and storage.

Gardens, open sit-outs and a mild climate

Mysore enjoys a mild climate and plenty of greenery, and many homes have gardens and open sit-outs. Where the garden, tank and parking fall are often discussed in reviews here, since open space is something residents genuinely use.
