Family constellation for Panchkula families
Panchkula households are often nuclear in layout but extended in feeling, with parents, siblings and in-laws living in other cities or across the tricity. A family constellation session helps you look at the place each person holds. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi works one-to-one online, using ordinary objects to represent your family.

Who feels missing, who carries more: the session flow
Each person or theme is represented by an object that you place on a table or floor. You describe the question, arrange the objects according to your sense of how they relate, and Dr. Riddhe guides the discussion, noting closeness, distance and anyone who seems excluded or overloaded.
Your relatives do not have to attend or know. The work follows your perspective, and seeing the arrangement often brings an insight that talk alone did not. Group sessions are held in person in Mumbai, while online sessions are always one-to-one. You may stop at any point.

Session formats
How family constellation sessions are offered
One-to-one, online
Just you and Dr. Riddhe on video, with everyday objects representing family members.
Group sessions in person
Other participants stand in for family members. Held in person in Mumbai.
No family attendance needed
You attend on your own; the family system is represented in the session.
Reflective, not therapy
It does not diagnose or treat; it can sit alongside professional support.
Families spread across cities and sectors in Panchkula
In a city where careers pull people outward, elderly parents may live alone in a sector house while their children work elsewhere. Retirement, the care of a parent, a divorce or a remarriage, and tension between siblings over property are all familiar situations that families rarely discuss openly.
A private online session fits this reserve. You can sit in a closed room, perhaps the study, and set out the objects without anyone watching. Typical themes include feeling responsible for a parent, strain between spouses' families, or an unresolved relationship with a sibling. No travel is involved.
What constellation work cannot replace
Family constellation is not therapy, medical treatment or crisis support. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services first. This session is a reflective exercise about family relationships and sits alongside such help rather than replacing it.
Simple & clear

- 1
Book a session
One-to-one online by video, or in person in Mumbai. Group sessions are held in Mumbai.
- 2
Name the theme
Describe the family pattern or relationship you want to look at, briefly and at your own pace.
- 3
Guided constellation
The family is represented with objects or participants, and the relationships are explored step by step.
- 4

You take away perspectives to think about. It is reflective work, not therapy or treatment.
What to prepare before your session is confirmed

Questions & answers
Family constellation questions from Panchkula
Have a different question? Ask Dr. Riddhe’s team. There is no obligation to book.
Can I work on my relationship with a parent living far from Panchkula?
Yes. The parent is represented by an object, so distance makes no difference. The session reflects how you experience the relationship, and the parent does not need to take part or even know about it.
How does a Panchkula constellation session differ from counselling?
It is a structured reflective exercise using objects, not therapy or treatment. Dr. Riddhe guides the discussion, but she does not diagnose or treat. For distress or crisis, a qualified professional is the right first contact.
What objects work best for a session at my Panchkula flat?
Use anything small that you can tell apart: a tea cup, a pen, a key, a stone. Choose one for each person and one for yourself, and place them on a clear table where the camera can see them.
Is there an in-person group option for Panchkula residents?
Group sessions are held in person in Mumbai only, at the Vile Parle West office. If travel is not convenient, the one-to-one online format is available from Panchkula. The team can share group dates if you ask.
