Your handwriting shows habits of pressure, spacing and slant that help put the signature in context. A short paragraph in your normal script is enough for that purpose.
If I change my signature, what must I do in France?
Practise it until it is consistent, and inform your bank so the specimen on file matches. Check whether other institutions that hold your signature also need to be told.
Can this analysis prove a signature is not mine?
No. It is not forensic work or verification. A disputed signature should be examined by a qualified expert, and legal questions should go to a lawyer.
Can I send photos taken on a phone in a small Paris flat?
Yes. Place the sheet flat near a window, hold the phone directly above it and avoid shadows. Send several attempts of each signature so the pattern is visible.
